Shipping policy

Shipping Information

CERVIA work hard to get your order out quickly, with most orders processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed, please allow 6–16 business days from the date of purchase for delivery, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Swiss federal holidays.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for information entered incorrectly at checkout. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us at cervialuxe@gmail.com immediately. If your order has already shipped without the correction being confirmed by our team, you will be subject to an additional waiting period and a charge for the new shipping label. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on orders affected by an incorrect shipping address.

In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items begin processing immediately after purchase. Once payment is confirmed and your address is verified, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Backorder Items

Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase. Your item will ship directly to you once it is back in stock, and you will receive email updates on its status. You will not be charged for backorder items until they ship from our warehouse.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a cancellation at any time before your order has begun processing for shipment. Once an order has moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for a refund. Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed — requests made outside of business hours are not monitored.

For address changes, contact us at cervialuxe@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes are subject to carrier availability and may incur additional fees.

Order Status & Support

If you have a question about your order, please reference the order ID in your confirmation email and contact us at cervialuxe@gmail.com. Please allow 48 business hours for a response. In the case of an order issue (not delivered, missing items, etc.), please allow 48 business hours from the time your request is submitted for a resolution.
